mules

when a coworker of mine told me he would never wear shoes with backs again, i laughed. how could he possibly want to wear mules all the time? then i tried on these beauties (which are currently in my shopping cart ready to be purchased) - it was like walking on a cloud. seriously, i thought the heavens, of Saks Off 5th, had opened and the angels were singing. they're so comfortable and look fantastic. 

now, i am obsessed. here are my favorite pairs of the new year.
